The Brewing Foundation Course introduces learners to various coffee brewing methods. It provides both theoretical knowledge and practical, hands-on training with a range of brewing equipment, including automatic and manual gravity brewers, as well as other popular brewers commonly used in different cultures. The course’s practical activities are designed to help learners create a delicious brew by understanding the key brewing components and analyzing their brew outcomes. A written exam assesses the learner’s theoretical knowledge based on the course objectives.
